What is PC-98 Paint?

A pixel editor in the idiom of Multi Paint System, built for art that has to live on a NEC PC-9801: 640x400, 16 colours picked from the GDC's 4096. Paint clamp, dither tone tiles, stamps, layers, a second editable magnifier, 3D wire solids, TTF/BDF/font-ROM text and 64 levels of undo. Saves .p98, MAG, BMP and PNG.

It ships as the Paint tab of ADVS98, the PC-98 visual novel engine, so pictures drawn here go straight into a game.
